Returns & Exchanges
We understand that the key to our success is a happy and satisfied customer. This is why we focus on delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. Towards that direction we have formulated our return policy.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return it within 14 days from the delivery date.
No returns or exchanges can be accepted for items with the label “Final Sale”.
Send us your request at the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly cooperate with you, between 12:00 – 18:00 every working day.
Please note that all returns and exchanges can only be processed for products unworn, unused and unwashed. The products must be in their original condition, with their tags attached. Items cannot be accepted if they have signs of use, wear, washing, or missing tags.
Products which are not in their original-factory condition, and products which are returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be immediately returned. In this case, the customer will also be charged with the shipping costs.
We will happily exchange clothing within 14 working days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for a different size, different color or another product of equal or greater value than the one originally purchased.
In case the new product or products cost more than the original order, we will contact you to inform you for the price difference.
To let us know you want to change an item, you have to send us an email at email@example.com regarding the item you wish, and then you have to fill in the Returns/Exchange note inside your parcel and send it back to us within 14 days from delivery date.
Pack the product carefully, make sure it is closed properly, include the Returns/Exchange note inside your parcel and the original receipt within 14 days from purchase. and mail it back to the following recipient:

Please send us your parcel via courier Geniki Taxydromiki (for Domestic Shipping). Keep the Order Tracking Number from the package you are returning in order to ensure that the package is returned to us and to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Gracegely.com is not responsible for damages made by others due to transfer and delivery.
Shipping charges for exchanges are non-refundable, but we will cover the shipping cost to send you the new product or products.
In the rare case that gracegely.com sends an incorrect order or a defective item, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer in a timely manner (including shipping costs).
We will gladly offer a refund to the customer for the return of unworn and unaltered items within 14 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Each order can be cancelled and the full amount to be refunded to the buyer only if the buyer sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the purchase. The buyer must include in his email the OrderID, so that the order cancellation to take effect as soon as possible.
